ℹ️ About the Workshop
Yog Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided relaxation technique that brings the body into a state of deep rest while keeping the mind aware. Practiced while lying down comfortably, it helps reduce stress, improve concentration, and promote emotional balance. During a session, attention is guided through different parts of the body, the breath, and mental imagery, leading to complete physical and mental relaxation. Regular practice of Yog Nidra can improve sleep quality, enhance overall well-being, and support inner peace. It is suitable for people of all ages and can be practiced by beginners as well as experienced yoga practitioners.
