Yes, transfer of bookings to another person via support is allowed for most of the listings. However, for details refer to respective pages for specific conditions. Transfers are allowed until 24 Hours prior to the event by contacting support at contact@joinin.co.in or WhatsApp at 987046721. Transfers are not available for customised events.

Full refund within 3-5 business days to original payment, or an option to re-schedule the same workshop will be provided. You will receive an email notification for the same.

Groups (4+ for classes/workshops) may get additional discounts; standard cancellation applies per ticket. However, refer to the respective events page for further details. Not applicable for corporate / private events.

We do not offer
re-scheduling, as some of our offerings are one-time unique workshops. The facilitators
plan and put in a lot of effort in planning each workshop, hence re-scheduling could
negate these efforts. However, we do understand that life isn’t always
predictable, and if there is a genuine need to re-schedule you can reach out to
us contact@joinin.co.in or WhatsApp at 987046721.
