What is your refund and cancellation policy for workshops and classes?
Joinin offers refunds and rescheduling options for cancellations. For details, please refer to the Refund Policy on the website.

How long do refunds take for canceled classes or experiences?
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days to the original method in case of refunds. For JoinIn credits, the same are immediately processed.
Note- refunds are applicable and allowed as per refund policy.

How do I cancel or reschedule an online workshop or kids class?
Log into your account > “My Bookings” > select cancel/reschedule or email at contact@joinin.co.in for support or WhatsApp at 987046721. Rescheduling, wherever applicable, is only allowed once. For details, refer to the refund policy.

Can I transfer my ticket / booking?
Yes, transfer of bookings to another person via support is allowed for most of the listings. However, for details refer to respective pages for specific conditions. Transfers are allowed until 24 Hours prior to the event by contacting support at contact@joinin.co.in or WhatsApp at 987046721. Transfers are not available for customised events.

What if my workshop or event is postponed/canceled by the organizer?
Full refund within business days to original payment, or Joinin gift card / credits of the same amount will be issued for future workshops/classes/camps. You will receive an email notification for the same.

What are group booking policies for workshops?
Groups (3+ for classes/workshops) may get additional discounts; standard cancellation applies per ticket. However, refer to the respective events page for further details. Not applicable for corporate / private events.

What is "On-demand" feature on Joinin?
At Joinin, we believe that you should be able to attend a workshop or attend an activity when you want. We have facilitators who can provide such experiences at your preferred time. For details, refer to respective options under the 'On Demand' section on Joinin.

Do you offer trial sessions?
Yes, many kids and recurring classes (where payments are made on a weekly / monthly / quarterly / subscription basis) have trial/demo slots. Check listings or schedule via platform for more details. One time workshops / events do not offer any trails

How do I redeem gift cards for workshops or classes?
Enter code at checkout for any experience, online workshop, or kids class. Valid for birthdays, camps, etc. Gift cards can be redeemed partially till the total amount is exhausted.

What age groups are your kids classes and workshops for?
From 1.5+ years (toddler play) to 12+ (coding, MUN). Filter by age on site for crafts, STEM, arts workshops.Check each event / workshop for suitable age groups recommended by our facilitators. Joinin ensures accurate information is posted however does not guarantee suitability.

Are there screen-free or offline options for classes and workshops?
Joinin lists facilitators who provide both offline and online options for all workshops. For specific details, please refer to the workshop / event page for further details.

How do I book private experiences, e.g. birthdays, playdates, kitty parties, or even weddings, private workshops and experiences?
