The breath we live with may shape the life we experience.
Theme: How can something as small and constant as our breath influence the way we experience life?
Headline: We breathe thousands of times a day, yet rarely notice how we breathe.
This workshop invites you to slow down and investigate your own breathing patterns, understand the relationship between breath, body and attention, and experience different ways of working with the breath.
Rather than learning a collection of breathing techniques, you will develop an awareness of the breath you already live with.
What we’ll explore
· Breath beyond simply “inhaling and exhaling”
· Basic anatomy of breathing
· Breath, movement and attention
· Yogic understanding of prana
· Observing your natural breathing patterns
· Experiments with rhythm, depth, movement and pauses
· A guided breath practice
· Bringing breath awareness into everyday life
🎯 What to expect in the time allocated :
An interactive 90-minute session combining short explanations, guided self-observation experiential breath experiments and a structured practice.
You will leave with
· A better understanding of your own breathing patterns
· Practical ways to observe and work with your breath
· 1–2 simple practices for everyday use
