ℹ️ About the Workshop
I LIKE TO MOVE IT, MOVE IT!
Dancing for Non-Dancers is a playful movement and body-awareness practice. It invites you to rediscover movement not as performance or technique, but as a process of curiosity.
The programme expands movement vocabulary, deepens mind-body awareness and develops a broader appreciation of what dance can be.
Participants leave with a deeper understanding of their bodies and movement patterns, greater responsiveness to music and rhythm and practical tools that support mobility, adaptability, physical wellbeing and long-term vitality.
(Warning: Side effects may include increased spontaneity, killer dance moves and unexpected joy.)
Every WEDNESDAY (5-7pm) and every SATURDAY (11am-1pm) for the month of SEPTEMBER, 2026
Rs. 15,000/- for the month, Level 1 course
Early bird (till August 15): Rs. 12,000/-
